Viofor JPS Systems
Viofor JPS combines low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) with selected applicators and, in some systems, red and infrared light. RAIKO uses it as one possible part of a wider wellbeing plan—alongside sleep, movement, hydration, pacing and behaviour change—not as a stand-alone cure.

How Viofor Fits a Whole-Person Plan
Viofor JPS uses pulsed magnetic fields (magnetostimulation). Compatible applicators may also deliver red and infrared LED light (magnetoledtherapy). Its role in a whole-person plan depends on the selected system, the individual goal and appropriate rehabilitation, movement and rest.

Applications and potential effects
• Musculoskeletal pain and rehabilitation: studied in conditions such as hip osteoarthritis; evidence varies by condition and protocol.
• Endorphins: a small study of 30 men with hip osteoarthritis reported increased blood beta-endorphin levels and reduced pain. It lacked a sham group and found no significant mood improvement.
• Sleep and recovery: hormonal responses have been explored, but this does not establish treatment benefits for insomnia or general recovery.
• Magnetic fields plus LED light: findings from combined treatment cannot automatically be applied to magnetic-field-only sessions.

Euphoria and increased endorphin production are not established expected outcomes. Blood endorphin levels do not directly measure production. Increased cellular ATP is not a demonstrated patient outcome of Viofor treatment. A sham-controlled diabetic neuropathy trial found no advantage over sham for pain or sleep.

Home use, rental and personal systems
Selected Viofor equipment is available for home rental or personal purchase after consultation and completion of the required home-use course. Rental options may include selected magnetic applicators, PEMF mats and, where appropriate, a focused R+IR light applicator. Personal Viofor systems are available from €3,000, with the configuration and applicators selected individually. Setup, practical guidance, learning resources and ongoing support are provided through My RAIKO.
